yeah, everything smooth... untill

this is not a free toy                       

Lepas solat Jumaat minggu lepas, aku terus pegi kat lab. Nasib aku dah ber-branching dalam pukul 11am, tak lah kebuloq aku. Berdasarkn observation hari Khamis lepas, plasmid yg aku ngan group member aku extract mmg ade kalau tengok kat gel. Yeah, so tinggal step PCR je yg tinggal before hantar utk sequencing.

Nak dpendekkan cerita, PCR tubes (yg ade plasmid sample + mastermix) dah dimasukkan dalam thermocycler yg telah kiteorg programkn. Mcm biase lah, sambil2 tu working bench kenelah dibersihkan. Confiden giler dgn progres hari tu. Lepas dah cleanup barang2 aku baru perasan yg lab kene tutup awal!!

Lab tutup lagik 10 minit, tapi PCR abes lagi 40 minit.... mane x mengamuk  lab technician.

Terpakselah aku ngan partner aku pergi menghadap lab technician. Huhuhu.... kene lecture baek punye. Taubat laa wei... x nak buat lagi..  Heeeh, serve you rite azim!! D:


Tapi agak brbaloi pasal tadi kiteorang run gel-electrophoresis and the result is AWESOME!!! HuuYeah!!Alhamdulillah, besok tinggal nak kasi supervisor aku tengok sebelum sequencing. Actually this is the second time I run the PCR, the first one is totally horrible. No bands at all. After tweaks the recipe, at last the bands visible.   


*So, the reason I rarely update this blog is because I'am a little bit lazy. Not busy actually.. 
The labs became a battlefield today, where as the practical classes n FYP students need to use it. Insyallah, may everything ok for next step.
